Quiet the Noise

Part Four: Living Steady

What Steady Feels Like

This isn't a warning, it's just honest: the notifications will pile up again, a chaotic week will happen, your environment will get cluttered, someone will need something from you at the worst possible time. Living steady was never about eliminating noise for good — nothing does that.

Describe, in physical detail, what your body feels like on a day when you're not overstimulated. Where do you feel it — your shoulders, your breath, your jaw? Be as specific as you can.

In the journal this prompt has 8 lines. Here, take as many as you need.
