Quiet the Noise

Part Two: Making Space

Your Non-Negotiables

The lighting in a room, the clutter on a counter, the hum of a device left running — none of it is background. Your nervous system is reading your environment constantly, whether or not you consciously notice.

Name three things you will no longer do without protecting some space around them first — answering messages the second they arrive, saying yes before you've checked in with yourself, filling every quiet moment with input. Be specific.

In the journal this prompt has 8 lines. Here, take as many as you need.
