Carried in My Heart

A Grief Journal and Workbook for Loss and Healing

You are holding this journal because you have loved someone, or something, deeply enough that losing them has changed the shape of your days. There is no timeline here, no finish line, no checklist of stages to complete in order. Grief does not move in a straight line, and it is not a problem waiting for you to solve it. It is what love looks like after loss — and it is allowed to stay with you, in all its shapes, for as long as it needs to. This journal will not ask you to move on. It will simply ask you to keep telling the truth, in whatever way feels honest today. Go slowly. Skip pages if you need to. Come back to them, or don't. There is room here for all of it — the tears, the memories, the unexpected laughter, and the quiet, ordinary moments in between.
